Hi networkers,
After an eventful trip to Australia, a series of grueling summer classes, and a 2nd trip to the Walmart version of Australia aka Vancouver, Iβm glad to announce that The Leap Sprint is back!
In this weekβs edition, weβll be discussing the changes and what you can expect to gain from reading, so letβs dive in.
π Hereβs the route for this weekβs run:
π Updates to the newsletter
π€ Topic: Introducing Runbys
π Checkpoints: Networking Events to Stop By
TOPIC
Updates to The Newsletter

I took a break back in May for what I planned to be 3 weeksβ¦which spanned 4 months.
Why did I take such a long break? To be honest, I got writerβs block.
After coming back from the land-down-under, I found myself struggling with the purpose of this newsletter. I wanted to figure out how exactly my articles could benefit readers.
But now that Iβve had time to think, I believe the following will help paint a clearer picture of what Iβm providing.
Each week, hereβs what you can expect to gain:
One piece of advice + actionable steps that will help you with either internships, networking, productivity, or all three
A curated list of 3+ upcoming networking events with their links
Some pop culture humor to keep things interesting
Iβm honing in on the theme of networking because I consider it the greatest asset in anyoneβs social/professional life.
Itβs pretty much what got me to where I am, and will serve as the framework for the advice I give going forward.
Let me know what you like, donβt like, or wish to be added either in the comments or through my socials!

TIP/TOOL OF THE WEEK
Introducing Runbys

No advice this week since this is the first article back, but I did want to introduce something I call Runbys.
Some of you already know me, but for the new subscribers, you might ask, βWait a minute, why should I listen to you?β And I completely understand.
Now, Iβm no field expert, but to give a summary, Iβ¦
am a finance graduate from York University,
have done 4 internships in banking, private wealth, & tech
landed all those internships in under a year
am currently working in Data & Technology as a business analyst
If youβre curious about learning more, hereβs my LinkedIn
The goal of Runbys is to open another channel where I can help via 1:1 discussions with you!
